Amcord connects you with the best medical providers: nurses and physical and occupational therapists. Most visits range from one to three times per week, or as individually required.

We connect you with experienced healthcare professionals who will prepare a customized plan of care based on the individual’s needs. They will coordinate their efforts with your physician and assist you with the following services:
