- Schedule visits (Annual) at least 2 weeks before the due date in case of cancellation to remain in compliance
- All visits complete or at UTL before due date
- Complete pop up visit within 1 week after final UTL
- 15 successful monthly calls for the week
- All visits must be documented within 24 hours
- All tasks must be follow-up with on time
Week 4-6
- Daily Morning (9:00) and End of Day Team Meeting (4:00)
- 3 Annual or Change Event visits a week
- Schedule visits (Annual) at least 2 weeks before the due date in case of cancellation to remain in compliance
- All visits complete or at UTL before due date
- Complete pop up visit within 1 week after final UTL
- 20 successful monthly calls a week
- All visits must be documented within 24 hours
- All tasks must be followed-up with on time
Week 7 and on
- Daily Morning (9:00) and End of Day Team Meeting (4:00)
- 4 Annual or Change Event visits a week
- Schedule visits (Annual) at least 2 weeks before the due date in case of cancellation to remain in compliance
- All visits complete or at UTL before due date
- Complete pop up visit within 1 week after final UTL
- 25 successful monthly calls a week
- All visits must be documented within 24 hours
- All tasks must be follow-up with on time
